Digital Facelift

I’ve been toying with the idea of updating my website for a few months now. Yes, I’ve only had it a little over a year, but I wanted a fresh, new look. Weird, coming from the girl who hates change. Go figure!

Luckily for me, my idea had impeccable timing. When I contacted the fabulous team at Fastline Media, whom I worked with when I first set up my site, they told me that SmugMug (my photo hosting platform) was getting ready to unveil a new update that had been years in the making. I was excited to see the changes and when the update finally went live, I was pleased to see the new version had ironed out some of the issues I had with the old version and that client customizations had increased dramatically.

With the SmugMug changes in place, the guys at Fastline and I got to re-designing my website. They are super nice to work with and usually respond to emails within hours, if that. Collaborating with talented, hard-working folks makes me happy. 🙂

Please let me know what you think! I showed the BF the big reveal last night and he didn’t notice at first what had changed. Ugh. Talk about anticlimactic. That’s the equivalent of me dying my hair blonde and getting no response from him. 😉
