A-Z Photo Project | H is for Honeybee

H is for Honeybee!

Or so I thought until a late night Google search informed me that what I thought was a honeybee is actually a bumblebee. Well now. Isn’t that just dandy?

So H is for Haha I Made a Booboo.

Now here is my picture:

    • Thanks, Stacey! Well, I think there are several of these projects going on, but this is one of my personal photo projects this year. I usually have at least one project that I commit to every year to push myself to improve my photo skills. Please feel free to join me if you’d like! I go through each letter of the alphabet and post a photo every two weeks. Easy peasy!

  1. Did you take that photo?
Fuzzy with more than two legs and I’m about face running in the opposite direction.
I hope you were using a zoom lens.

    • Haha, yes and yes! I took this with my 105mm. Not zoom enough, but I’m a lot braver behind the lens. Anything creepy crawly normally makes me run away like a chicken with its head cut off. πŸ˜›

  2. Beautiful photo, and it’s all honeybee to me! Is this taken with your macro lens? The colors are brilliant and the details are so sharp. I must learn this photography thing. Have a nice day, Patty!

    • Yep, this was taken with my macro right as we were walking toward the botanical garden! You’ll have fun learning photography, Ngan. If I can do it, anybody can! πŸ˜€

  3. Cute little feller! I’m very impressed you were able to get such a clear, sharp shot — mine would be a blur! Love the pretty flower, too — do you know what it is?

Please tell me what you think!
