Greek Baked Eggs

I did a guest post last month for my friend, Lori, and today I realized I never posted about it on my own blog! Lori is a dear WordPress friend of mine and you should go check out her page if you haven’t already!

Here is a link to my guest post on Lori’s blog, Creating Beauty in the Kitchen! Please head on over there to see how I make these deliciously easy Greek Baked Eggs!

A savory layer of veggies and feta!

  1. Posting it now actually worked well, Patty…it reminded me that I really need to make this! Loved it when I saw it at Lori’s blog. πŸ™‚

  2. I love the underneath bit, I have an aversion to eating eggs so raw though it stems back to my step mother giving me a raw egg dish when i was a kid, now i just balk at the idea, but the underneath bit looks yum, i could always just poach an egg and put it on top πŸ™‚

Please tell me what you think!
