Here is my month in review:
Photo #1
Title: Valentine’s Day
Last month my father brought me get-well-soon roses and this month he surprised me with Valentine’s Day roses. He also brought Bailey a stuffed turtle so he wouldn’t feel left out. 😀

Title: Cheesecake Brownies
My colleagues challenged me to make the ultimate cheesecake brownie. This was the second batch. There has since been a third batch.

Title: Pasta a la Patty
My brother and his girlfriend brought me back this beautiful pasta from Monterey. It was delicious tossed with olive oil, crispy pancetta, caramelized onions, loads of fresh garlic, and topped with a farm fresh egg yolk.

He took off with it and wouldn’t sit still!
Sounds like Bailey – picture shy! By the way what a sweet father you have to buy you roses and twice 🙂
Yes, my mom has trained him well! 😂
Awesome! And you are a lucky girl. 🙂
I know! 😉

Me too!! 😆

Fantastic Feb collection! 😊
I’ll post the cheesecake brownie recipe soon! I like to think I’m his favorite daughter. Since I’m the only one. 😉
😀
Each picture is a work of art, I don’t know how you caught the ripple in the water and that pasta is probably the most beautiful pasta I’ve ever seen, we won’t even talk about those brownies, Oh my!!!
The ripple was the product of a small stream of water running from the hill down to the ocean. 🙂
The pictures are just beautiful Patty – but then you are an expert in that department. I’ve never seen pasta like that, wow, just stunning! Would loved to have seen Bailey and his new toy turtle. Your Dad’s a gem~ what a loving gesture!
I’ll have to remember to post a Bailey photo next month! And yes, my dad’s great!
Love it all- but especially the pasta. Beautiful!!!
Pasta is always my favorite. 😉
Your photos are all wonderful, Patty! I could go for one of those Cheesecake Brownies right now! 🙂
