Here is my month in review:

Title: Valentine’s Day

Last month my father brought me get-well-soon roses and this month he surprised me with Valentine’s Day roses. He also brought Bailey a stuffed turtle so he wouldn’t feel left out. 😀

Title: Pasta a la Patty

My brother and his girlfriend brought me back this beautiful pasta from Monterey. It was delicious tossed with olive oil, crispy pancetta, caramelized onions, loads of fresh garlic, and topped with a farm fresh egg yolk.

  2. Each picture is a work of art, I don’t know how you caught the ripple in the water and that pasta is probably the most beautiful pasta I’ve ever seen, we won’t even talk about those brownies, Oh my!!!

  3. The pictures are just beautiful Patty – but then you are an expert in that department. I’ve never seen pasta like that, wow, just stunning! Would loved to have seen Bailey and his new toy turtle. Your Dad’s a gem~ what a loving gesture!

  4. How considerate of your Dad to also get something for Bailey! 🙂 That pasta again, so beautiful. Hang on, do I have the recipe of that cheesecake brownie? Hugs xxx

  5. I was expecting to see my cute little friend, but I guess he got busy with his gift. 😀
